St. Patrick's Day Weekend and 34 Weeks

Both girls have been really into our white board this weekend.

Handsome and Aunt D took the girls to the local Fest of Tails (kite and dog festival). The girls got to make their own little kites and see lots of cool kites fly. And Big Sis really liked seeing a dog dressed in a purple dress.

We all wore a bit of green on Sunday, because it's so much fun to wear green!

And of course we did some dancing...with mittens on.

Big Sis was drawing cricket bones.

Left: 34 weeks with Baby 3
Right: 34.6 weeks with Baby Beluga

My birthday was fabulous.
I woke up to a rainbow.

It led me to a pot o' gold.

I got to eat yummy green pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and oj for breakfast.
And we had some good laughs watching a remembering a few funny you tube videos that were big in college (like the Worst Music Video Ever).

The BEST part of my birthday--Handsome took the day off and got to stay home with us ALL day!!

We ate Chinese take-out at the park, and it was a glorious sunny day!

Trying to keep Baby Beluga awake on the drive home.

We ate yummy mint brownies with crushed mint Oreos on top, and had mint cookies and cream ice cream. Very minty, very green, very delish.

I even got to wear a birthday crown for half the day (the other half, Big Sis was wearing it).

Thanks for all the birthday greetings and well wishing.
It truly was a wonderful day!

My St. Patrick's Day Birthday

I love having a birthday on St. Patrick's Day.
I love my family even more, because they are the ones who make it so special.

This is what I woke up to this morning.

My very own rainbow and pot o' gold!
Best birthday surprise EVER!

Good morning Baby Beluga!
This is Little Sis' new blog nickname...inspired by the adorable noises she makes.

Handsome made me bacon for breakfast. I love bacon. I don't buy it very often. Did you know, I used to count the bacon as a kid, to make sure everyone got a fair share. I know...a little weird, but that's what you do when you love bacon. (P.S. I don't count it anymore.)

All ready for church, decked out in green shamrock skirts.

Big Sis picked out her own hair clips today.
A pink flower, pink bow, and 2 purple bows.

Handsome and Aunt M collaborated on the rainbow and these delicious cupcakes. Chocolate with Andes mint chips mixed in. Frosted with chocolate frosting, topped with a mint oreo, and drizzled with melted Andes mint chips. YUM!

And we ended the night in green pjs.
