Painting, Gardening, and General Conference Weekend

During "v" week the girls did vegetable painting with Aunt D!

Our two floor sleepers.

This was 36 weeks.

Baby Beluga is probably the most happy when she gets to play outside.

She's got a bunch of rocks in that container. Strong kiddo!

Helping Dad, who is just discovering that we have termites eating our garden box! Ahh!

General Conference weekend!
We love listening to the living prophets and apostles, and we especially love marching and doing circles to an invigorating Mormon Tabernacle Choir song like "Hark All Ye Nations!"

For the last session of conference (there are four 2hr sessions over the course of 2 days which is wonderful but a little long for little ones) we broke out the play-doh and we had to listen to what the speaker was talking about and then make a sculpture that related. We made Joseph Smith, our family, the temple, a cross, the empty tomb, baby Jesus laying in the temple, and the Book of Mormon...plus some other stuff.

Big Sis was the one who had the idea to make baby Jesus and then lay him on the temple, but she wouldn't pose for a picture when Conference was over, so I did the honors.

37 weeks!
Baby Beluga came during her 37th week, and Big Sis came during her 38th week...so we are on "any day" mode. I will laugh if he hangs on and makes it till the 26th of April though.

And thanks Aunt M for the Lion King shirt!
And thanks Grama T and Gramp A for the Easter socks!

The End of February

Aunt D before the Valentine's Dance!

Getting used to our new ride. Big Sis likes it more than the picture lets on.

My Valentine's roses bloomed into huge blossoms. Big Sis and I took whiff's of them any chance we got.

Smoothies are a big hit around here. Baby Beluga tends to eat them better from a bowl.

Except sometimes she forgets what bowls are for and insists that they are hats...or other things.

You can't see it but there's a strawberry being squished in those little hands....

Crazy lion mane after the cute ponytail from the above picture.

Classic furrowed brow, very concerned voice...probably saying something like "I need _____." or "I want ____."

Someone found Dad's shoes! She tried on several different pairs.
