Birthday Season!

Someone turned 3 at our house! Her "princess game" gift has proved to be a great gift for our little princess. Speaking of princesses, we talk about them ALL the time. Just yesterday she was pretending to be "Tangled" and had just been "visiting Regenie" (which means Eugene) and she told me she knew him from her singles ward. It cracked me up.

As requested, a pink cake with pink frosting and pink marshmallows on top. Plus some leftover sprinkles.

I took these pictures because Baby Beluga brought her shoes to me and wanted them on. It was the first time she's done that. And it was adorable.

Please note her necklace. This girl LOVES necklaces. She probably would wear it ALL day long if I let her, but she has to take it off at nap time and bed time, and in the car. 

Baby Beluga got to eat spaghetti for the 1st time on her 1st birthday. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy it.

Baby Beluga did a great job opening her gift. Sadly, Mom and Dad should have listened to their gut feeling and picked a different toy out. Once she played with if for 10 min. or so we realized this toy was not a good choice. We exchanged it for a set of mini board books, which she loves. And her really awesome new present came in the mail today. Pictures coming.
